Please handle your pieces with LOVE and CARE. Most pieces are made from Ceramic/Porcelain and although fired to strength it is still FRAGILE.
Do not wear your jewellery when you sleep, or come in contact with water. Please avoid wearing your piece before you apply perfume/make-up to your skin, this especially applies to pieces that have gold lustre which contains some gold metal, the surface can be damaged if scratched & may fade faster.
Due to the firing process in the kiln, a small area on the back side of some pieces may be unglazed and or have pinhole marks. Please do not consider this as a defect. To clean underside of unglazed piece use a damp washcloth with a little mild soap.
Avoid contact with hard surfaces, especially when removing your jewellery. Do not yank and pull at chains, components and earring posts/backings. Store your piece of ceramic, brass, acrylic or wire jewellery separately
and in its original packaging to avoid damages.
For pieces with brass or gold plating -The nature of brass and plated jewellery will tarnish over time.
This will give your piece a beautiful antiqued look.
If you wish to restore the shine of your brass, polish using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth or Brasso.
When travelling with your jewellery secure in original packaging and keep the box/bag in your personal handbag and not in your suitcase where it can be damaged/flattened.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
PRE-ORDERS -
If pieces are not in stock; pre-orders will open. The nature of clay is handmade and a slow process, therefore please allow us 3-6 weeks ( more or less ) production time to work on your order.
